This CD is a prime example of the kind of sound that Marc Simz had made his own this last 12 months. It's an extremely well thought out mix ranging from 132 bpm through to 138 bpm. There's more to it than just 4-to-the-floor banging trance, it's a journey through the slower, progressive end of things, such as Dennis Sheperd's mix of Neo Love, which for me is the standout track on the cd. The mix builds into more 'traditional' trance territory, ending with the amazing Juventa - As You Are.
If you are looking for 140 BPM trance, then buy John O'Callaghan's Subculture 2011 mix, but for something that encapsulates the entire spectrum of the current trance scene, there is nothing better than this.
