This CD has been played quite a bit on Jazz fm. I heard it first on one of Mike Chadwick's programmes. I've played it over and over, not often I do that! It's difficult to categorise, but there is a good jazz influence with some great instrumentals. Check out "Rise" with vocals by Ursula Rucker and Roy Ayers on vibes, for a relaxed feel. "My door is open" and "Worthy" are more up tempo; "Worthy" will appeal to Incognito fans. "Waiting" has a great bass line, and has more of funk feel to it. Definitely a contender for album of the year.

Richard Earnshaws Debut Album In Time features some legends of the Jazz Funk and Soul scene,
the cast assembled for a debut album is trully stellar. Jocelyn Brown, Kenny Thomas, Roy Ayers, Carleen Anderson, Ursula Rucker and MOBO award winner Nina Jayne amongst the previous collaboraters and hand picked newcomers
