Product Description

Product Description

A young boy grew up in the shadow of Mount Rainier Washington. His life during the 1960’s and 70’s was filled with the normal activities of life on a small farm in a rural community, hunting and fishing with friends and the enjoyment of exploring the nearby forests of the Pacific Northwest. Little did he know that while he trekked the fields and forests in the bright summer sunshine, something unknown to him lurked in the shadows watching.
One cold winter day, while he and a friend walked to another friends home, they discovered something that shook the foundation of all they knew of the world around them. This discovery set into motion events that would lead this young man through the next forty years of adventure, close friendships and bone chilling fear.
This story is the stuff of fiction, but the story is true and the events really happened.

3.0 out of 5 stars Where it all began 8 April 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
William Jevning tells us how his steadfast and surefooted search for Wasatch began. The book is clearly told from fond memories and has a reality missing from many a Bigfoot book. It is also excellent value for money, but could do with further formatting and editing for easier reading. Nevertheless, I look forward to further instalments.

Good book. Left me wanting to hear more. Could've had a better ending but still, I enjoyed it. Gillian x

The author tells of some pretty interesting accounts of him finding evidence and coming face to face with Bigfoot. Not a bad little read if your interested in the subject.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Stories! 28 Feb 2013
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
This small book was extremely entertaining,
I can't help believe the author because he writes just as you can imagine if he were speaking directly to you. Nothing fancy, but interesting and effective!
I recommend this book as it is well worth the price!

3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting "First Person" Narrative 12 May 2013
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
An interesting tale of the adventures of the author from his childhood through his army days. There is little suspense in the story but it is a believable story of his experiences searching for Bigfoot in the Pacific Northwest.

3.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable enough to read 2 Jan 2014
By kimberly Wilson - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I enjoyed the stories, but there were so many mentions of photos, but not a single photo was included in the book. Since I live in Enumclaw and all of these areas are familiar to me, I would have loved to have seen some real evidence along with the stories.
