As a businessman and aspiring entrepreneur I was so impressed with the book I sent a note to David Cameron saying if Labour could have a celebrity like Sugar why couldn't the Conservatives use a little common sense and success from Hargreaves, the son of a successful Lancashire Baker!

A well written an interesting book about a modest but driven man. Personally I found the long passages about the unit trust industry a little dry but I can hardly complain because this is where Hargreaves made his money and his expertise lies.

Excellent read, no management speak, just a straightforward account of a business which has grown and grown by offering good service, and still does just that.
