This is a small set of tiny books in their own cardboard case. Each book has its own little subject e.g Tombliboos, Friends in the Night Garden, etc. All I would say is that the photographs are slightly dark of background and not as bright as I thought they would be and that the books, as the name suggests are very small indeed, smaller than a coaster, say. However, having said all that, they are cute, and if your child is a big fan, as ours is, they will love the novelty of having several little books to take out and put away in their box. They are very portable for visting/car journeys and excellent value. Also, as far as I'm concerned, anything that gets kids interested in books and reading gets a big thumbs up from me.

We gave this delightful set to my little girl for Christmas (she is almost three). Of all of the presents that she got, this was her favourite. Makes me wonder why we spent so much money on all of her other gifts when she was happiest with a set of books that cost less than £3.

Yes they are now getting a little battered from her constant handling of them but to be honest, I would be more than happy to replace them with another set for just £2.79 when they do finally fall apart.

I don't see why other reviewers have moaned about the small size of the books as they are for small children after all and they don't exactly cost much do they.

All in all, a superb set of 6 books which any little fan of In The Night Garden will love. You can trust me on that, having seen the joy it has given my daughter over Christmas.

My little girl is obssessed with anything "In the Night Garden" and these books are perfect for bedtime and for her to look at on her own. The pictures are colourful and she is so pleased to have the books in pocket size with her favourite characters in them.

I was very impressed with these books. My 2 year old loves them as he is an avid fan of In the night garden and loves the colourful illustration and as they are hardback they don't bend easily - so great for little hands. At the end of the day they can be put away together in the box. Great value for money.

I bought this set for my 12month old for Christmas as a little extra for his Santa sack - the books are great! Very colourful and just perfect for small hands!! They talk about each character and what they do, written in short simple sentences.
Titled: "Makka Pakka", "Upsy Daisy", "Igglepiggle", "Tombliboos", "Night Garden Friends" and "Ninky Nonk & Pinky Ponk"
Turn the 6 books over and they make an In the Night Garden picture too. Miniature treats!
Well worth the money!!

I was really impressed with the books and know that they will be ideal for my friend to take with her in her handbag when out and about with her little boy. However, I am giving the books as a Christmas present to my godson and have been deterred slightly as the case that the books come in is rather flimsy in comparison to the board that the books are printed on. It has already got bashed in the post, so I don't think it will last very long once the little one gets his hands on it!
A little disappointing, but still a good buy - I suppose you can't argue when paying less than £3.00?!

This is a lovely set of six books which are priced so you do get change from a five spot. My little girl loves them they are smaller enough you take them everywhere. Brillant for a stocking filler from Santa.
