There isnt anything bad i can say about this book, there is a laugh onevery page! The best thing is, the narrator doesnt drag out the stories, they are short and snappy which makes this book incredibly easy to read. Once i started i couldnt stop, i love this book and could easily pick itup and read it again and again!
I am intrigued though to whichairline Elliott Hester use to fly for, sounds like they have some quiteinteresting passengers i would love to observe them in all there splendidglory!

Picked up a copy of this book at a stopover at LAX and then read it all the way to the Cook Islands. Very funny, but got me a lot of funny looks from the air crew. I think that this might be a well known book amongst them - it certainly will change the way that you view them in future, in good ways and bad! A really funny book that will have you in stitches, and a perfect in flight read!

This is a fun read. As others have said before me, it's arranged into short chapters so it's convenient to pick up when you have a spare 10 mins but it's also un-put-downable, making the short chapter arrangement somewhat redundant. Reading this book throws a whole new light on the you-would-be-tempted-to-think glamourous lives of air staff. Few readers will be fail to be reminded of a journey they had squashed beside a stinker or foul-tempered fellow passenger.
The only winge I have with this book is the author's tendancy to pack every page to the gills with similes in an attempt, one assumes, to make his anecdotes even more amusing. His experiences don't require this embellishment and it can eventually grate on the nerves.
Still, the perfect book to take on holiday with you. Read it on the plane and give the grouch in seat 15B something to worry about as you glance at him knowingly and grin
