The first fan arrived faulty and i was then sent a 2nd with little effort. the overall exchange experience was very good.
The fan itself is very quiet and good. I use it in conjustion with a tread mill for runningd it has kept me cool during the recient hot weather.

Although the fan casing is made of strong plastic, the fan blade is thin flimsy plastic. As the fan blade rotates it does not move the air well. You feel air coming from the centre of the fan only, not from the full width of the fan blade so it does not cool you properly. I have a 10 inch fan with a sturdy plastic blade which cools better than this 16 inch fan.
Amazon were good enough to pick up the fan and give me a refund, so although the fan only gets 2 stars, Amazon get 5 stars for their service!

Great for the price, my first one was broken and swiftly replaced. Second one is fine, little louder than I'd hoped but all in all brilliant for these "heat waves" :)

I have not actually bought this product but I reckon it is alright. It probably works fine but it could be better. It might need that little bit more to make it an exceptional fan. Read more

Wouldn't have bought it if I was in a shop

Effective and (reasonably) quiet
16 inch fan in the living room is proving very effective to move air around.
We were using a 12 inch before and you only felt the effect when it past by you. Read more
