I have received this today and it's terrific. Played it twice already!
The price is unbelievable. Jarrett fans will love the music. These two albums are also a great introduction to the 'American Quartet' for the uninitiated.
'Mysteries' and 'Shades' were born out of the same recording sessions, so it makes sense to find them together on a single disc. I've been complaining for a while that a number of Jarrett's quartet recordings are hard to come by. Used copies that I have found are often disgustingly overpriced by greedy sellers. So, how lucky to be able to buy two at such a giveaway price.
