Mum's Bits says:
In the 80's, I had recurring lower back pain, and two bouts of sciatica. I was given a course of physio, and a worksheet to continue the exercises after I'd left the hospital out patients clinic. I have now published those eight movements (40 mins, twice a day) into a small illustrated Kindle ebook. Would welcome feedback
