Product Description

Product Description

It is hard for individual practitioners to explore their practice and the issues and questions it raises about learning and teaching, on their own. Practitioners need the support of colleagues to make sense of the complexities of their practice.

I'm using this text as a source for a MTL (masters in Teaching and Learning). Its highly accessible. Makes total sense of the importance of communication in schools. Highlights traits of those who are good collaborators and how those stills could be passed on through 'coaching' to those willing to progress in their teaching.
