Although I haven't finished reading, I found this book is packed with all kinds of tips and facts that will help with conversations, and their understanding (i.e. why and how they go wrong)

I would certainly recommend it if at all interested as I haven't found a great deal of alternative material that is as well priced as this.

However, it is written from a real business perspective, which doesn't make it unaccessible to all, but does limit the imagination in which conversations take place.
Also it treats conversations as nothing more then a functional tool that you could do with having under your belt in the work environment.
