I believe the closing date for all bundles is tomorrow 14th. From what I gather, Amazon will take their merry time deciding who gets what and informing customers.

Carlo says:
They clearly state your confirmation of which bundle you're getting will be on the 17th.

Well they actually say they will be allocating from then.
Might be a couple of days after still

@STU fair enough but figured I'd put things in a more understandable way and so far no comments so let's hope we're good

@Carlo Actually it's different depending on when you got the email.
The first say the 14th, Mine said the 16th, guess the more recent one says 17th.

In the email we all received it stated "All selections will be updated by November 4, 2013 and we'll notify you by e-mail when this is completed so you can view the order details, including the revised item price and confirmation of delivery date in the Your Orders section of Your Account"

So are orders should be updated by November 4, 2013 to show which bundle we have and the price of are order should be in the order section of are accounts

The Email also said "If you'd like to take advantage of the offer we'll need your bundle choice by October 14th,16th,17th, 2013. (Dates are depending on when you received your email). And all responses received through the form by 14th.16th,17th (depending on when you received your email) will be processed. If you don't respond by this date then your original PlayStation 4 order will remain unchanged.

It does not say we will get email conformation on that date "We'll be processing your selection in the order in which your original pre-order was received and your order will be updated prior to release date to reflect the bundle you've chosen. Your original estimated delivery date will stand.

So we should all know what bundle we are getting and are Orders updated by November 4th 2013. And we will receive a Email once are accounts are updated.

Got my email, was gonna get bundle 5 but I'm not too keen on Killzone, and the PS4 camera will be useless?

The only thing I wanted in that bundle was the extra controller but I can get my PS4 and a second controller for £379 with my £25 PS4 discount :)

What I'll be getting from Amazon at launch on my order:

Sony PlayStation 4 (PS4)
FIFA 14
Battlefield 4
Watch Dogs
Need For Speed: Rivals
NBA 2K14
Sony DualShock 4 Controller - Jet Black
Sony PlayStation 4 Charging Station

All for £605

:D

Guys, I'd double check with Amazon about what bundle you've pre-ordered.

I selected Bundle 5, but I checked with Amazon and apparently Bundle 1 and Bundle 5 are showing as selected.

I spoke to CS last night after changing my order from 2 to 5. It wasn't showing up on their system, so they passed the request on for it to be done. I was assured though that if I was unable to get bundle 5 my original order of bundle 2 would remain

Further inconsistencies from Customer Services. Hopefully, it'll come good in the end. I have faith in Amazon, they've never let me down before.

Me: I wish to check which PS4 bundle Amazon have recorded that I have opted for.
Amazon CS:Hello. Thank you for choosing Amazon Chat, my name is X.
Me:Hi X
I'm Jon
Amazon CS:I'll be glad to help you with this Jon.
May I have the order number?
Me:XXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXX
Amazon CS:Thank you.
Hold on please.
After checking thoroughly, I see that this was for bundle 5
Me:Thank you. I was concerned that there had been some confusion as after I submitted my choice, I had the option to choose again. I just wanted to make sure my choice was recorded correctly.
Amazon CS:No problem Jon. Rest assured that you have chosen the bundle you wish to have for this order.
Have I addressed all of your concerns for today?
Me:Just one more thing, when can those who've requested a bundle expect to have their orders updated to reflect what they will be receiving on launch day?
Amazon CS:The order will be updated before the items are being dispatched Jon.
Me:So anytime in the next 6 and a half weeks?
Amazon CS:Yes Jon.
Me:Thanks.
Amazon CS:No problem. I wish you a lovely day Jon.
Take care.

Anyone getting jittery about not seeing their order being updated yet about the bundle they have ordered please note this from the bundle email that was sent:

'Once we've received your selection through the form, your order will be updated prior to release date to reflect the bundle you've chosen.'

It may not be updated today as some people think - might be - but I doubt it.

Not sure there's any cause to be worried. The e-mail stated:

"All selections will be updated by November 4, 2013 and we'll notify you by e-mail when this is completed so you can view the order details, including the revised item price and confirmation of delivery date in the Your Orders section of Your Account."

I'm not expecting any update to my order until 4 November.

W. Fletcher says:
amazon have already said your account will be updated after November 4...they've said it a few times they said they will need a few weeks to allocate and confirm stock with sony then your account will get updated to reflect what you've choosen.
one of the issues amazon have had is people who jumped the cue they chose a bundle which they shouldn't have and now they need to allocate and find out when there intiall preorder was made, there giving orders placed before august 6 high priority and need to fullfill those first.

There fault tbf should have contacted people with a unique code to enter

@ W. Fletcher

I am not sure what you mean by jumping the queue?

I assume you mean those that used the publicly available link on the product page. If that's the case, I am still struggling to figure why you believe Amazon are having issues with problems from that, given that those that used the link, simply entered their original order numbers and the system allocates their selection based on the original order, the same as the links given in the emails.

Thank you for your interest in our PS4 bundles. We continue to update the FAQs on the PS4 bundle page to help keep customers informed--you can see answers to the most common questions at the foot of this page: http://www.amazon.co.uk/PS4bundles.

If you've already made a selection, we have recorded your choice and will update all customers who have a PS4 ordered for release day delivery by 4 November, to confirm the changes to your order. We will transfer all of the order details so do not cancel your existing pre-order once you've made your choice, otherwise you may lose your place in the pre-order queue.

If you've already made your selection but would like to change your mind now the new bundle prices have been announced, you can do so by using the form on this page: http://www.amazon.co.uk/changebundle

1. Everybody did have a unique code to enter to order their bundle. It is called your Order Number!

2. As Stu says, nobody jumped the queue. Anyone who used the link on the product page before receiving the email just got their bundle selection in first. Once all of the selections have been input by a given date (either this week or next week, I forget) Amazon will then collate all of that information and the bundle stock will be allocated by the pre-order date of the PS4, not the date the bundle was selected. So, if you ordered on day 1 in May but only just selected your bundle, you will be first in line to have the bundle allocated to you because YOU PRE-ORDERED first. It is in the email and probably on the bundle page. For those that missed it:
QUOTE: "Once we've received your selection, we'll take care of the rest. We'll be processing your selection in the order in which your original pre-order was received and your order will be updated prior to release date to reflect the bundle you've chosen. Your original estimated delivery date will stand."

Fletcher, no offence, but I really wish you'd stop posting on every thread. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's a bit fed up of your misinformation.
