How do I make my choice of consoles? You enter your choice in the survey, by adding your order ID and choice in the form above. Please do not cancel your existing pre-order to ensure you maintain your place in the queue. We will process your selection by 4 November and we'll notify you via email when this is completed so you can view the order details, including the revised item price and confirmation of delivery date in the Your Orders section of Your Account.
When I have chosen my bundle should I cancel my existing pre-order for the standalone PS4 console? No. You need to keep your existing pre-order to preserve your place in the pre-order queue. We will then process your selection and amend your order accordingly.
What if I have made a selection but want to change my mind? If you want to change your mind you should use our dedicated Change Your Selection form which you can find here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/changebundle
How do I know if my choice has been registered? When you have completed the survey you'll get a completion page, which confirms that you have made your choice. All selections will be updated by 4 November and we'll notify you via email when this is completed so you can view the order details, including the revised item price and confirmation of delivery date in the Your Orders section of Your Account.
If I have already made my choice do I need to use this survey again? No, we've recorded your selection and will be processing in the order customers placed their original PS4 pre-order.
Whereabouts am I in the pre-order queue? We began taking our first pre-orders on 28 May so your place will be determined by the date of your pre-order. Even if people respond to the survey more quickly than others, the pre-order queue will be preserved so those people who ordered first will have their choice processed first.
How long do I have to make my mind up? We must have received your choice within seven days of receiving the email to ensure you get the bundle you want.
What if I don't respond in time? If you don't respond in time, you'll receive the standalone console you originally pre-ordered.
What if I haven't got my email? We will email customers with an existing PS4 pre-order in the order in which that pre-order was placed. We'll be working our way through the list over the next few weeks, emailing customers with their options, so please check your Inbox and Junk Folder carefully.
What if I don't want to change? You have no obligation to change to a bundle and can simply leave your order as it is if you wish to receive a standalone PS4 console. Please indicate this as your choice in the form and we will ensure your order is unchanged.
When will I be contacted? We will be emailing all customers before the end of October.
How many controllers are there in the bundles? The standalone console comes with one controller. Further up this page you will see the contents of each bundle and the total number of controllers included in that package.
Will the bundle games be physical copies or downloads? All the games referenced above in the bundles will be physical copies rather than downloads.
Will I be guaranteed a choice from all the bundles that have been announced? No. The customers who placed their order first will be contacted first to make their choice and will have the option of all the bundles. As we work through the queue, availability of the bundles may change. When we contact customers we will make clear what choices are available and they can make their selection, or stick with their existing standalone console.
When will I get my console? All customers who pre-ordered the console up to and including 6 August will be given an option to get a console for release day delivery. Customers who pre-ordered from 7 August may receive their consoles after release date, but will get them before Christmas. The estimated delivery date for your order will be displayed in Your Orders as soon as it's available.
How will my bundle be packaged? Where possible, customers will receive a single boxed product. In some cases customers may receive their games and consoles as components of a package, rather than in a single branded box.
What if I pre-ordered elsewhere? This offer to switch your order is only available to customers with an existing standalone PlayStation 4 pre-order with Amazon.co.uk. You can of course still pre-order a PS4 with Amazon.co.uk, but the option to choose from the console options outlined above is limited to existing pre-order customers.
Will I get pre-order incentives with games in the bundle? If we are offering pre-order incentives on games within your selected bundle for the PlayStation 4 then you will receive them as part of your order.
What if I want to cancel my order? You can cancel your order at any time--however, you will lose your place in the queue if you cancel and then reorder.

My choice was reset - I went to the bundles page and was able to enter my order number and reselect a bundle. Since I chose the bundle I had already selected previously, I hope I'm still eligible for it.
Christ, Will people leave amazon alone for one second. The ps4 thing has esculated out of proportion on here. In my experience amazon have excellent customer service and will sort out any complaints when it actually comes to the time a complaint may actually warrant making. Give em chance eh.
just spoke to customer services i said i dont want a bundle i want a stand alone console ( too costly) i want to keep to my original order they are sorting it for me this is after i selected a bundle and decided cost was too high
why don't you buy ps plus subscription that will give you at least 2 free games each month for your ps4...you will get resogun/drive club to start with and after that theres outlast and many others ..also sony announced that eventually around june you will be able to play ps3/ps2/ps1/vita games on your ps4 ps plus collection via gaikai..
were did sony say gaikai was going to be here by june?
all I have seen is that it will be releasing in America next year, with no current plans for roll out to anywhere else. I would guess it will be at least the following year before we see it.
ps+ I would think will be very slow for ps4 to begin with. as there will be a lack of games. It was only able to be so great on ps3 as there was already a massive amount of games available for it when it was released. I would love to be wrong on this point though.
Sorry to bring the controller issue up again but for those that still don't get it I hope I can simplify things. Firstly it DOES say on the box how many controllers are included. 1 controller standalone and bundles SHOW 1 controller on the box (you know the picture of the console) and bundles which include 2 SHOW 2 on the box (check out the bundles and you'll see what I mean). Logic dictates that for every owner the console and power lead would never change (all working well of course) nor would the type or number required. TV leads have been changeable since the PS1 (standard or SCART) up until the PS3 (standard, SCART or HDMI) so it's understandable that they may which to clarify what type is included (though since HDMI is the new standard not so important) Controllers have been changeable since at least the old Master System days so it makes sense to be clear about he number included. Of course you need at least one but since the requirement can change according to preference the number of controllers you may wish can also change. For example playing FIFA with friends would require at least 2 controllers. Manufacturers have always made it clear on the box so buyers are aware of whether or not they need to buy an additional controller so their brother friend etc. can join them. I hope we can now put this matter to bed
