If you are a recovering "dance festival casulaty" then this is the album for you, prepare,once again to have your senses abducted and implanted into another world of phat bass lines, acid squelches, intergalatic BPM's and haunting alien sounds. This album should be on Mulder & Scully's Christmas present wish list.

I bought this on cassette when it came out and now have it on CD. I don't like all of their stuff, but I do like this a lot. I love the track implant for the wierd keyboard sound that shimmers on the breakdown section. Uforic Undulance, what a track.

I first came across Eat Static browsing through the music in my library in 1995, I had never heard of them, but thought the cover looked promising.
I wasn't disappointed! That started an Eat Static obsession, which lasts to this day. I have every album, EP and Single they did before or since (thank-you <unnamed online auction site>!).
This album has loads of Alien inspired music - just what you would expect aliens to listen to on their planet. The first two tracks are the best, but there are no duffers here. Panspermia is a more mellow ambient track, the others are more Techno-Trance with Alien thematic elements.
Well worth buying if you like aliens/trance/dance/ambient/electronic music.
Even if you don't, still buy it - someone you know will like it.
