A must read for all not only in sales and marketing but a great motivational book for training and everyday life. A truly inspirational read it certainly made a difference to me. One of the best around by far.

I really enjoyed this book. It was an easy read that reminds you that a positive attitude in the work place and your personal life is so essential and the negative is just a waste of good peoples time. As a hotel manager in charge of 120 staff I will definatley be using some of Billy's tips with my staff. Great job Billy .
