Excellent remedy for the Aztec Two Step, as discovered on expedition in Peru. The stated dose I think is more of a guideline than an exact science and it it still doesn't mean that you can fart with confidence, but I think that this is truly as far as non-prescription medical science can help you on this matter. Good luck

Took this with me on a trip to India where after a meal the entire world quite literally fell out of my dinner dumper like a demon possessed rusty jetwash.
I would recommend these to anyone, but if you go for the meal I had pop down to halfords for a rally seat 3 point harness so you can strap yourself down to the toilet without lifting off with the force and cracking your skull on the ceiling.

Bought this to offset runners' trots.
Worked well, used one this morning for a half-marathon. Taken an hour before i set off, no problems.
They dissolve in about 5 seconds, which i really wasn't expecting. Taste isn't incredible, but it's not bad.
