Excellent remedy for the Aztec Two Step, as discovered on expedition in Peru. The stated dose I think is more of a guideline than an exact science and it it still doesn't mean that you can fart with confidence, but I think that this is truly as far as non-prescription medical science can help you on this matter. Good luck

Took this with me on a trip to India where after a meal the entire world quite literally fell out of my dinner dumper like a demon possessed rusty jetwash.I would recommend these to anyone, but if you go for the meal I had pop down to halfords for a rally seat 3 point harness so you can strap yourself down to the toilet without lifting off with the force and cracking your skull on the ceiling.
