Find a New Life in America looks great from the outsdie, great cover. But inside it has so many errors. Its not really the authors fault. The book is just outdated.
It does state some laws and says this is what happens, but every state in the US is different and all 50 states have different laws and rules so you cant take to heart too much what it says. As an immigration guide, it does give some basic advice, but there are better books out there.

some good information on visas,

I found some very good information on visa's and was happy with the book until I spoke to my immigration attorney. Most not all but a large part of what I read here was either incorrect or outdated.
I bought the 4th Edition revised book, and its still outdated. One wuld expect it to be current.
