I was recommended this music from a friend living in England. I trusted her because she has a very unusual music taste and often goes for more underground and quirky bands.
I checked out their official site (which I seriously suggest you all have a look at - the design is great) and was delighted to see you could listen to some of their MP3s online. After listening to 'Dynomite', 'Alive', 'Scream', 'Dirty Life', 'Let's Talk Turkey' and last but certainly not least, 'Black Jettas' several times, I was completely hooked. The music is rocky and punky but also quite dancy and has hints of electronica. I love the fact that they're a live band that can make you dance.
Finally, I got to see them perform in May, supporting The Von Bondies. They are increadible live. Really really energetic, tight and lots of fun. It's surprising that they haven't hit it off yet, but they're getting there gradually. They're the sort of band you need to trust and really listen to in order to enjoy.
Not only does this band have great music, they have a very healthy attitude to it as well and it was a pleasure meeting them and talking to them about their experiences.

I bumped into this band by accident. They were supposed to give a concert in Germany but found themselved in Belgium with the Von Bondies after the German gig has been cancelled. The music was just excellent - it is a strange mingle between punky, rock and slighly electronic music. The band has been around for many years but for some reason has had a hard time to take off.
I discussed this with the Band's bassist and lead singer after the concert. Some of the band members have met while playing for Beck. The drummer even played for Smasing Pumkins and Mars Volta. Loads of alternative rock experience.
I can understand they have a hard time to kick off. They seem to be too american for europeans and too european for americans. Yet, I think these are great guys with amazing self-styled music.
I highly recommend you give it a go. The whole CD is just excellent from song 1 till the end where it finishes with a bonus track "black jettas"...
Enjoy...

You have to buy this album simply for 'Here come the bombs'. I heard the song 'Dynomite' sometime last year and have been looking for the album ever since (Thank you Amazon) .A must have for fans of The Faint, Deja Voodoo or Mars Volta.

Really wanted this for the sound track to the TV series "Suits" but apparently it's only on the USA version of the CD

If that becomes available in UK please let me know
