This book is thorough, but not dull. It covered all of my musings and questions regarding Catholicism and was fascinating to read. It's beautifully illustrated and and has a very colorful layout. I enjoyed learning about the history, rituals, beliefs and stories of the Catholic religion. I strongly recommend it if this is an interest of yours.

A beautifully illustrated book covering the essence of Catholicism. A lot of important history is covered, albeit briefly, but this is a good starting place for anyone interested in the history and practices of the Catholic Church.

Very good overview of Catholicism. It is laid out very logically and it is easily read. You do not need to read from front to back: pick up anywhere and it is understandable. The pictures aide in the word explanation and are beautifull. This is a wonderful book for the person who is just trying to understand Catholicism and for the Catholic who wants a refresher course.
