Product Description

Illumine is the first monograph devoted to one of the most prominent contemporary artists to specialize in creating photographs without using a camera or negatives. Inspiring photos made with no camera 9 April 2008
By Gordon Ray - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover|Amazon Verified Purchase
The pictures in this book are amazing. Made by contact printing found items onto Cibachrome paper (called dye destruction paper in this book)Illumine chronicles Mr. Miller's artistic evolution from a camera to contact printing grass, leaves and colored liquid staright onto paper.
Eventually he even gives that up and simply uses light patterns to make his images.

The pictures are inspiring and the writing reveals his progress as an artist.
