Terrific lighting effect for a fancy dress party. Even better filled with helium. If you're feeling brave, they will inflate larger than the recommended size.

These are brilliant for kids parties - but great for a 'mans' birthday. They also stay bright for ages - i always like to put a balloon in a birthday card so the recipient can blow them up.
