This Underwater Housing from Ikelite is a waterproof case enabling you to shoot beneath the surface with your Canon EOS 70D Digital Camera. It has a depth rating of 200'. The housing provides access to all important camera functions via mechanical controls. It is constructed in the USA from durable, corrosion-resistant polycarbonate, which is clear to enable you to monitor the o-ring seal and maintain a full view of the camera. A lens port is required and sold separately. The housing is compatible with various flat and dome ports for macro, zoom, and wide-angle lenses. Each features four locking latches for maximum security and quick changes between dives. Additionally, an over-sized knob smoothly engages Ikelite lens zoom gears, two sets of which are included with this housing. The 70D's built-in pop-up flash is not usable, but the housing is configured with an Ikelite Digital ICS-5 5-pin electrical bulkhead for the connection of an external flash or strobe. TTL flash metering is supported. The housing has near-neutral buoyancy in fresh water, depending on choice of lens port and lens. Included is a tray with dual grips to improve handling and provide mounting points for lighting arms.
