well..! do any of you remember when rock n roll was dangerous? this is it. not many people beat iggy for a concert experience! fact! this is a great film. it has iggy, who is not too well, mentally and physically!! with some more less-legal substance in him to keep him sane, dressed in mini skirt and stockings, he dances like possesed demons do. trully a wonderful film about what music yer' mother warned you about!!
the film is grainy, it doesnt take anything away from it in any way.. its a real club too, which is neat. the only thing i dont like is iggy's constant lost look on his face! i have lots of jims stuff in my collection, the best stuff seems to be where he is lost! i shouldnt like that, but i do!! this isnt the best iggy tour, but a great insight into the hard workin rock n roll bands doing it for peanuts...
buy it.
oh yeah.. & the version of 'tv eye' is a killer!! clem burk on drums, one of the best!! fast dangerous and not touched by stupid dvd remastering with false audience and applause which dominates the new music scene! if you read this then probably you have the ramones and damned and cramps films in your house, so you know what to expect..if you are a novice, then prepare to burn.
i dare you..
yes...
