I'm not usually a great fan of Beyonce, but "If I Were a Boy" is simply beautiful. It is perhaps the first song of hers which I feel that I can completely relate to. The lyrics are heartfelt and honest, and the video adds to the song by being clever and well thought out.
The song is about how men can sometimes behave in a relationship; playing the field while the lady stays at home. As Beyonce suggests through this track, there is a great difference between a man and a boy.
Great song - may even have to check her new album out.

Not great but still a good song.
I bought this as a gift - it is a bit too slow for my liking. I prefer Beyonce's faster dance songs such as 'Crazy in Love.
