Product Description

Product Description

Price is used to living within the shadow of threatening friend George - forever in the fear that not to follow his lead with will end with a beating. However, new developments mean his life finally seems to be moving from the dormant and gaining some positive development. Before long, though, George is back and Price finds himself following his friend once more. But this time it is different - secrets are discovered, decisions are to be made and life and perspective will never be the same again. If I Never is a novel about asking questions but being unsure if you want to know the answers.

From the Author

If I Never centres on the growing love between two "social misfits". Clearly "meant for each other" in a most unusual way, the world and those around them threaten to pull them apart... the two drawn into the complicated lives of friends, consumed by unfolding mysteries and dangers.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent read, 10 Oct 2009
I learnt about this book by following Gary Murning on Twitter, and bought it simply because I had Tweeted with him - a bit of a gamble, then.

I needn't have worried, this is an excellent read, and one which keeps you reading. The characters, stories, scenarios are all such that you want to know what happens next. Frequent twists and turns in the tale further maintain interest.

I cannot recommend this book highly enough, and hope that, if you buy it, you will enjoy it as much as I did.

An excellent first book by Gary William Murning. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and wondering, all of the time, what was going to happen next.

4.0 out of 5 stars If I Never, 21 Sep 2009

For a first time novel, this book is very well written and had credible characters who come to life. There is more than one story going on in this book and each interacts well with the other all of which are based around the central character. If you don't mind quite a bit of sex and some strong swearwords at times, then this book will be sure to please. I await with interest the second novel by this author.

5.0 out of 5 stars Glad I Did
If I Never is a strange novel, in that, although it is very much a literary read, it is also very engaging and a page turner. Read more
