If you want a programme to help you with designing a house then this is it! If it's help with garden design forget it, in my opinion this is worst than useless - don't waste your money !!

This is really a program to design a house with a landscape section added. I admit I'm not very patient but this is really not an intuitive program - you really would have to read the manual (hundreds of pages long) to use it. For example, to draw a plot you have to understand the principles of surveying. I gave up after a couple of hours....

If you just need a garden programme for fun and to draw your own garden, I find this good for the price. It takes a little time to get used to, and some of the features might be a bit difficult in the beginning, but after some use it helps a lot. And there is a very good user guide included. There is a large number of plants to choose from, allthough some popular ones are missing. The only thing I really miss is the possibilty to draw hedges.
