So American that it is pretty well useless in the UK.
The metric option is an afterthought so is not fully integrated into the programme.
All the furniture and appliances are American so are not available in this country. It would not have been difficult to incorporate kitchen cabinets in standard 300, 400, 500 & 1000mm sizes: they obviously couldn't be bothered.
Ideal Homes' endorsement of this is a real sell-out of their UK readership.

I bought this cd because i was rennovating a house and it seemed an excellent choice to provide 3d images of my vision. However, the disc has NO instructions and is just hard to do produce anything. The second disc - landscape, does not even load up at all. The floorplan software does not give clear instructions on how to access the database and i can not even find ONE floorplan. I am a graphic designer with a large knowledge of cad and graphic software - I would not recommend THIS product to anyone. A major shame. High hopes dashed!

This product is designed for the USA market and does not use standard UK design features. I asked for help on cavity walls and it pulled up no topics. There are no standard UPVc windows, and the main roofs are shingle.
You can adapt the standard features, but this is complicated and time consuming. I am reverting back to my drawing board!

I am finding this difficult and irritating to use due to everything being in imperial measurements, even if metric model is chosen. Read more
