Nice book 22 Oct 2004
Format:Paperback
This is a funny, sweet book, almost as good as the other Pete Johnson book 'Faking It' but not quite. It tells the story of Jade (well, Jennifer), who doesn't care about school because she's desperate to get on TV. She's perfectly happy with her boyfriend Adam, but still longs for glitz and glamour - which she gets when she stars in a TV dating show. Unfortunately, the good-looking Mr Perfect who picks her on the show isn't as good as he seems, and Adam isn't at all pleased. Jade has to learn what the price of her newfound fame is. I enjoyed this book and thought Jade's 'I'd rather be famous' attitude was very funny. I reccomend this book to pretty much anyone.
