This really does do what it says on the tin.
I had previously just worn t-shirts under my shell, which were always quite damp and sweaty by the time i got to work. Not this.
Keeps me warm, but anything approaching freezing and it may be a bit thin.
These come small - although i was almost exactly a medium on the size guide (40" chest, 32" waist) the large fits like a glove.

An extremely snug fitting, warm comfortable garment. Just what is needed in this climate for those cold,damp miserable days. I would definitely recommend this to all.
Fantastic product, I live in these (I have a few now). Great for year round use, on it's own in the warmer times and either under or over other tops when the temps drop.
A note on sizing, if you get the "right" size it will fit like most other base layers, snug and cosy without clinging (so great if you want it as a true base layer). If you fancy it as more of a jersey/outer layer then I'd consider going up one size for a little more room (handy if you want to put a vest base layer under it when the ice comes) I've even worn this over an Under Armour Compression top and that's a blooming toasty set up.
I kind of don't want to recommend these too much as they'll probably be sold out next time I want to order.
