The joy of this book is that you can make your own frozen treats and know what has gone into them eg fresh fruit etc. So no yukky preservatives & chemicals. As well as ice lollies it contains recipes for granitas and water ice, sorbets & sherberts, cool drinks and ice cubes with a difference... all made with healthy ingredients. For my taste there is far too much sugar used in the recipes but I just leave it out, the fruit is sweet enough on its own. The book is hardback with lovely photographs on every page and very simply written recipes which are easy to follow.

some lovely ideas in ice treats. Some gorgeous and unusual combinations. as well as good presentation ideas good for summer and winter.
