This should really be called a 'pocketbook' rather than a handbook. It's very small (pocket phrasebook size), which makes the diagrams in particular difficult to read.
It would be better if they also published the same content in normal size.
That aside, it's the expected core content for the foundation exam & provides a good overview of ITIL.

very handy for itil v3 exam.. worked a treat.. definitely recommend it as a study guide.

though pocket size and small print, it contains essential basics, worth buying, would certainly recommend as a part of your handy library
