ISYbe - this is my drink bottle!
Have you ever had trouble finding the "right" drink bottle? Either they are leaking, or they are not good for your health (toxic), or you can't put them into the dishwasher. Some of them just smell awful, and aluminium bottles are under discussion to be toxic (aluminium has been found in the bevereges), especially if you fill in hot drinks.
Well, then have a look at these wonderful drink bottles from a German company. They are dishwasher safe, and you easily can disassemble them into three parts which are easy to clean.This bottle is leak proof, even for carbonated drinks (up to 3 bar pressure), so you can even drink your favourite sparkling mineral water when you are on the go. The opening of these bottles is as wide as a glas, the bottles do not stink or smell, and they do not harm your health, they are BPA free. Many other bottles on the market release toxic materials into your drink (like plasticiser and heavy metals), but this bottle does not.
Make sure you also check out for our neoprene cover, which is just perfect for our 500ml and 700ml bottles (it is not long enough for the 1000ml bottles). It keeps your drinks warm or cool for up to 3 hours. Replacement parts (spout or O-ring gasket) can be ordered seperately.
Because of small parts (spout), the ISYbe drink bottle should not be used by children under three years, who might also have trouble opening and closing this bottle.
Please note that it can happen that the factory makes some minor changes to the design, so that the bottle looks a little bit different than on the picture. These changes are beyond our control. For example the lid can come in a different colour, or the spout, or the print is a little different, but the changes are really minor and most people won't even notice them.

I am originally from Germany, where this bottle is already quite well-known. We got ours from Germany, and I am happy to see that they are now also available in the UK!
We own these bottles since almost 2 years, one for each family member (4 in total). The children use them every day at school and in kindergarten, and they are really leak proof. At times, it may happen that a child does not close them correctly, then there may be a leak, but this is not the bottle's fault.
Normally, my children drink just plain water, but we also tried some soda drinks every now and them. The first time, it was quite funny. My son opened the bottle, and wow ... what a pressure ... there was really a fountain from this soda. It was a big mess, but it was still quite funny. So we learned the bottle really holds a lot of pressure, and that it is better to open the bottle first at the big opening to release the pressure, close it again, and then open the spout to drink. You may not want to have a coke-fountain in a room, do you...? Well, again, this is not the bottle's fault, is it happens with all carbonized drinks in any bottle: if you shake it too much, there may be a mess when you open the bottle. If you fill in just some plain water or juice, you won't have any fountains...
Well, after almost 2 years, the bottle has some scratches, but there are still no leaks, and the children love the bottles.
The spout is a little difficult to use for the little children (mine were 3 and 5 when they first got their bottles). The 5-year-old did not have any problem opening and closing the bottle, but the 3-year-old was only able to push and pull the spout, but he would not turn the spout. In our case, this was not a problem, because he had only plain water in his bottle, and pushing and pulling the spout keeps the water inside - no need to turn. You need to turn, however, if the drinks are carbonized, as otherwise the spout would pop out after some pressure developed inside the bottle. The manual says that you always need to push&turn or turn&pull, but our experience showed that pushing and pulling without turning is safe enough, if no pressure develops in the bottle.
What we find a bit annoying is, that turning the spout is required in the "unusual" direction. I would prefer it to open and close like any jar or so, but you need to turn into the opposite direction.
The spout is a critical part, your children should not bite on them, as the spout keeps the bottle leak-proof. So if you think your child is likely to chew or bite a lot onto the spout, a different bottle may be the better choice. On the other hand, the spouts are available as an replacement part.
One reason why we chose this bottle is, they can go into the dishwasher, they are really easy to clean, they do not contain anything that can harm your health (are tested by a very much respected institute in Germany), and they do not leak! I also like the idea that you can fill in hot tea (up to 80°C), and there's even a neoprene cover available to keep the tea warm. Many other bottles discourage hot drinks inside the bottle, for health reasons (aluminum was found in the beverages).

Best beaker / Drinks container that I have bought in a long time!!! Great because I can put in the dishwasher, if I was to pick fault then it would be the white seal ring inside lid sometimes comes out when washing beaker, quite small so have to make sure it doesn't just pop out when you haven't noticed!
