"Isofaster is an easily soluble concentrate designed to prepare an isotonic drink of refreshing grapefruit/orange flavour. An carefully selected composition of energetic ingredients and electrolytes has been designed for quenching thirst quickly and effectively, as well as for preventing dehydration and exhaustion of the body. During intense physical activity and on hot days, Isofaster helps to maintain sufficient levels of water in the body and it supplies necessary 'fuel' for the working muscles.
Isofaster was additionally enriched in minerals, which supplement electrolytes lost with sweat. It is very important for the best possible functioning of muscles. Isofaster is especially recommended for sports people performing tasks of high-level physical exertion, particularly in sports of high levels of endurance or endurance-and-speed, such as: running, cycling, swimming, team games and martial arts. Isofaster belongs to the group of foodstuffs for particular nutritional purposes.
Recommended Use:
For every 100ml of water, add 8g of Isofater
e.g 300ml of water, add 24g of Isofaster
e.g 500ml of water add 40g of Isofaster
For best results, use before, during & after training.
How to use before training:
Add 24g of Isofaster to 300ml of water. Consume 10-15 mins before training.
How to use during training (if training is 60 mins):
Add 40g of Isofaster to 500ml of water. Consume 100ml every 10-15 mins
How to use during training (if training is 120 mins):
Add 80g of Isofaster to 1000ml of water. Consume 100ml every 10-15 mins
How to use after training (within 30 mins of training):
Add 24g of Isofaster to 300ml of water and consume.

This seems to work well and tastes very good. Certainly it is better value than buying the likes of bottles of lucozade sport. However, I do have to question why the tub is so huge. It is barely a third full when it arrives.
