Useful and jargon free,

There are a number of books around on the subject of ISO9001/2000, some of which are very expensive. This book is relatively inexpensive and is written so normal humans can understand it. I use it as a handy reference that also provides alternative viewpoints. A soft copy of the book is provided on CDROM and I have copied this on to a server and put shortcuts on QA dept desktops.
