Product Description

IrishBarber in conjunction with Rosemarie Durr have designed this range of shaving pottery. Rosemarie creates exquisite hand thrown pottery and is regarded as one of Irelands best Potters. The simple line and full form of her shapes have been influenced by ancient eastern artists as well as inspired by nature and the surrounding woodlands of Castlecomber Estate Yard Co. Kilkenny. This version of scuttle has what looks like and upside down handle. This allows the user to cup the scuttle securely with their hand. There are ridges on the inside which help in building lather and the reservoir is generous, holding enough water to keep the shaving cream warm.

Great razor 6 July 2010

Great razor for the price, much better shave than the 'multi-bladed' cartridge razors I have been using until now.

Ideal for me as I am new to DE (double edged) razors and I find this razor to be just the ticket. It is a sturdy object and handsome to boot. The mechanism is easy to open and is made of high quality materials so it will out last any razors you can buy at the supermarket.

An ideal gift for the man in your life!
