I was printing calendars for a charity for sale and required thirteen sheets printed with photos on the 'good' side and the months on the reverse for each calendar. I had been using matt 190gm single sided photo paper but these made for a heavy calendar with a fair amount of 'curl' due to the heavy printing on one side. I tried these 130gm papers and found that by printing the months on the reverse side first, the paper stayed dry and flat ready for the full page photos on the coated side. After the initial rippling dried out (left overnight)due to the light weight, the sheets were sorted into sets, perforated with a transparent overlay on the front and and then fitted with the spirals and finally punched with the hanging hole (A3 portrait size when hung). The results were very pleasing and quite proffessional. The images did not show through the paper and the colours were quite faithful to the originals. Having used a CISS (constant ink supply) conversion on my Canon MP210 printer, the overall cost was minimal at about 90p each calendar which allowed a fair profit selling at £4.50 each and made the project viable for the charity function. I would certainly use these papers again. However, I'm not sure about making another 35 calendars, they do take some time....
