Mike Wattie runs a website www.IELTSanswers.com which helps students prepare for their IELTS exams. He has been a key member of the staff at Cambridge Taipei for many years and he has worked in Australia, in language centers and universities. He holds a Master degree in Management and A Postgraduate Diploma in Education.

Very nice surprise! It is the best book I have read regarding IELTS Task 2. The author is very experienced and teaches you EXACTLY what you need in order to achieve a band score of 7.0 or more for Task 2.
He also gives you many useful tips, explains what to avoid (common mistakes) and has am extremely useful reference about English Grammar.
