I Thirst for You is an excellent follow on to "I Hunger for You". It takes us deeper in the world created by Susan Sizemore, a world where where vampires and other creatures of myth live, work and love alongside the human population.
This world is an interesting but perilous place, made all the more perilous (for some) because the human and mortal part of the population is basically ignorant of the unhuman and (if not immortal then very long lived) element that inhabits the same planet as them.
This particular story tells what happens to a couple, one mortal and the other vampire when their two worlds collide. The consequences of this meeting form the basis of a story that is part mystery, part thriller and also part romance.
It all combines in a very satisfying manner and takes us deeper into a distinctly unusual world. Vampires are supposed to be the stuff of Gothic horror, here they live a normal everyday life, or at least as normal a life as a vampire can.
That is what makes these stories so interesting, they narrate how relatively ordinary people cope when the extremely unexpected happens and they are forced to deal with people they never believed could exist and events that they never believed could possibly happen, happen.

I thirst for you is an excellent follow on to I Hunger for you. It takes us further in Ms Sizemore's vision of a society in which vampires live and work alongside and within normal society.
Her protagonists in this book are Vampire Marcus Cage and human Josephine Elliot. The story tells us how they meet and what happens as a consequence of that meeting.
This story has elemnts of several genres in it. It is a mystery story, a thriller and a love story all at the same time. It is difficult to say more because much of what occurs is essential to the plot. You will however enjoy reading this book and (I hope) like me look forward to the next installment.

It felt like I was reading a book that stood on it's own. I loved the whole concept of the storyline, it seemed orginal, well to me it did. I also loved the kind of childish bickering that occured between the main two character.
I thought this book was well written, entertaining and contained everything the paranormal romance genre could ask for
