Being the sibling of 'I see.........Modern Britain', 'I see....xmas' has a lot to live up to. But it completely fulfills the expectation.....and more! A concentrated look at a particular aspect of our society, this accompaniment is another delight to behold. Containing images that capture the madness of the modern festive season in a nutshell, you gotta get this one too. The humour is, once again, raw, but completely accurate. The authors have a real talent for spotting the cliches in our everyday lives and sharing them with us all in this little gem of a book. 'I see.....Modern Britain' was clearly not a fluke but an example of the sheer genius behind this original concept. 'I see........xmas' does it again - brilliantly. Guaranteed to cheer you up.

The gems of observational genius in these little books will have you chortling loudly without a doubt. Ferguson and Kellys' pocketsize tick book of the ironies and hypocrisies of British "ways" and the fun of the festive season provide a wonderful insight into every day life, and the many odd things that we see each day without ever questioning the peculiarity of them...
Readers should beware that the material is addictive, and having a quick glance at a page or 2 is more than likely to result in you being late for your next engagement - so allocate a good hour or so to the sofa. And then pop the books in your back pocket for later reference or a bored moment on the bus - these are definitely not "one read only" books!
