Absolutly fantastic knife. Miles ahead of Gobals Chefs knives.
Balance is great for me, i prefer using a slightly heavier knife anyway.
Not all that keen on the new handle design, which i why i bought the previous model in birmingham, but the technology is the same.
Im certain this will last me a lifetime with proper care, but word of warning- in the larger sizes, the blade may not fit all knife storage racks.
