Brilliant 21 April 2009
By AREG
Format:Paperback
This is such a great book, slightly shocking and very funny to read, my children love it. Its about a girl who tells her mother stories of all the terrible things that go on at school 'they always cut your head off when you're talking in the class' but who in the end is sad to leave it when its time to go.

This is such a funny story. When I first read it I laughed so much I cried and couldn't finish the book. Children love it too!! The illustrations are typically brilliant, as are all Tony Ross's books, its a classic and one to re-read again and again.

Fabulous! 22 Jun 2011
By Carly_h
Format:Paperback
My daughter absolutely adores this book and so do I! The illustrations are amazing and the rhyme is wonderful. Jeanne Willis was already a firm favourite of ours with Who's On The Loo but this is more grown up for a little girl starting school and we still read it regularly now at the end of the school year!
