By Pieter HALL OF FAME TOP 500 REVIEWER
Format:Audio CD
This hypnotic song was a hit first in the disco era then again in 1995 when it made the UK and other European charts again. These remixes approach the song from different angles and are all superb. The dreamy vocals over the pulsating beats and oneiric melody line remain as irresistible as ever. Donna Summer was part of an electronic music trend in the 1970s, also represented by Giorgio Moroder and Cerrone on the dance side and by Kraftwerk, David Bowie, Suicide and others on the rock/experimental side. I Feel Love was thus a seminal single in the history of Trance Music. For similar sounds, give a listen to Autobahn by Kraftwerk, Sound & Vision by Bowie, Supernature by Cerrone and From Here to Eternity by Giorgio.

Essential Summer!! 23 Jun 2006
By Nse Ette - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD
Groundbreaking and paving the way for future dance trends like Techno, Trance et all, shimmering synthesizer dance classic `I feel Love' was a UK #1 hit in 1977 and a #6 million seller in the US.

With newly recorded vocals, and remixes from Masters at Work, and Rollo and Sister Bliss (the latter mixes my favourite), this single was a UK top 10 hit all over again in 1995.

Also chucked in is a Junior Vasquez remix of her 1994 US dance #1 (Billboard's #1 dance hit for 1994) `Melody of Love', one of a pair of new tracks on her brilliant `Endless Summer' compilation.

Essential Summer!

Excellent Remixes! 3 Jun 2002
By Ramon Grupe Cacho - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD
Since there is no picture of the cover available on this entry, I'm not really sure if I'm talking about the same thing here; but, I know that this has to be the same thing. This Cd Single actually comes as a pair with different remixes. Now, I don't know exactly which of the pair this one is, because of the lack of picture cover. There's one with the Rollo & Sister Monster Bliss remixes, which became a staple in the dance club scene particularly in London in the 90s. One of the pairs also contains a remix of "Melody of Love" by Junior Vasquez. Either of the CD singles is a good buy, so you really can't fail. I just wish they had both singles made available.

Top trance classic of all time 16 Jan 2008
By Pieter - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Audio CD
This hypnotic song was a hit first in the disco era then again in 1995 when it made the UK and other European charts again. These three remixes (1 Rollo & Sister Bliss 2 Masters @ Work 3 Summer 77) approach the song from different angles and are all superb. The dreamy vocals over the pulsating beats and oneiric melody line remain as irresistible as ever. Donna Summer was part of an electronic music trend in the 1970s, also represented by Giorgio Moroder, Cerrone and Sylvester on the dance side and by Kraftwerk, David Bowie, Suicide and others on the rock/experimental side. I Feel Love was thus a seminal single in the history of Trance Music. For similar sounds, give a listen to Autobahn by Kraftwerk, Sound & Vision by Bowie, Supernature by Cerrone and From Here to Eternity by Giorgio.
