An excellent recipe book, designed for children. Contains the recipes from the CBeebies TV programme. The book is clearly laid out with useful information in the introduction about kitchen equipment, cooking terms and the preparation of food. The recipes themselves are easy to follow and the ingredients should be readily obtainable. Each recipe is presented on two pages in a clear, attractive and simple format. I bought the book for my son as a Christmas present. He loves it and we have already followed some of the recipes without any problems. Worth buying for any child who likes the TV programme and is interested in cooking.

Brilliant book for young ones also old ones like me
Realy easy to follow, no extras to go out shopping for mainly all store cupboard ingredients,
good variety of foods/meals to cook ,easy to read, had lots of fun with my 5 year old!

This book is excellent for all young children who like cooking, the recipes sre all written so that children can make things independently. If you have watched the program on Cbeebies you will know what I mean! My daughter (aged 3 and a half) has already made the sausage kebabs and the lime and lemon cheesecake, both dishes were easy and fun to make. I think it is an excellent cook book!
