Format:Audio CD
After spending an awful lot of money on nicotine replacement products and then failing miserably, I decided to give Paul Mckenna's CD a try.
After listening to it for the first time, I did not feel like a cigarette. I then listened to the CD everyday for two weeks, he recommends three weeks, but to be honest, I'd forgotton about smoking by then. The CD itself is great, after the initial introduction, you just listen to the second part of the CD, which is blissful relaxation. In fact, I'm seriously considering trying Paul's other CD's.
I have not had a cigarette for three months, near enough anyway, I can't remember exactly how long, which is fantastic as I would have normally counted the days,hours and minutes, (not that I had ever lasted for more than a few days!)
I have absolutely no desire to smoke, in fact my husband smoked up until recently (he is now using my CD), and I'd find it quite strange that he smoked, it's as if I had forgotten about smoking. Seeing people light up around me seemed weird! I have not suffered the usual side effects, cravings, being irritable etc. I've remained calm and happy and not once felt like giving in.
I would recommend this CD to anyone who is fed up with trying and failing. If you really want to give up, it really works!!

All you need to know is this works. I was sitting a pub the other day and didn't even notice that people were smoking around me normally i'd be climbing up the walls wanting a cigerette. Admitidley i have only given up for two weeks but it feels as if i have never smoked in my life. No cravings, no irratability, no avoiding to pay at a cigerette kiosk. This CD is wonderful. If you want to give up buy this today.

I'll keep this review short and sweet,as there's no real need to go on and on about the power of hypnosis.As a smoker i had tried most, if not all methods,and when i turned to this,ALL the power i needed was already within me.Mr.Mckenna simply unlocks it and gives you the key to your inner strength, and that's the 'secret'.
