This book is excellent regardless of your level of experience. It gives some elegant innovative methods of regression, deepening and backs this all with detailed scripts. The approach is a combination of the directive approach and elements of the permissive through creative visualisation. The book is easy to read and apply and is factual and practical. Everyone can learn something different from this extensive book.

I have found this book a wonderful read, very well constructed and easy to understand - what ever your level of learning with hypnosis. This man writes with a understanding of the spiritual/universal side of nature, as a working psychic (well I was till I found hypnosis) I personally find this refreshing, especially for a book that looks so structured from its cover. Dont judge this one by it's cover - an enthusiastic, detailed, and very informative read, with no rubbish to fill the lines. This book gives you the information that seem so small the other books leave out, so ideal for all to read.
