I wanted to buy a CD with a good selection of favourite hymns. Pre-ordered this CD and was not disappointed. A superb collection of jingoistic and very popular hymns sung beautifully by this choir. A bonus was hearing one of the hymns on the CD played at the recent wedding of Prince William & Catherine Middleton, played for the entrance to the Abbey of Catherine and her father was the hymn 'I Was Glad' A wonderful CD, highly recommended.

I maybe being a bit biased here as this CD was recoreded by my own local Church Choir, but it really is lovely. All the hymns are sung to the traditional music scores and are all very well know. I find it blissful to put it on, put my feet up and just enjoy the pleasure of listening to a wonderful Choir singing beautiful hymns. Go on - what are you waiting for - buy yourself a copy now!!!

This is a beautiful album, with classic hymns and a pamphlet with all the words. I bought it as a present for my mother who also loves it. Good for singing along to in the car!
