Very disappointed!

I got these in the first few months of breastfeeding. I had cracking and bleeding so I thought these would help. I did not feel the "immediate, cool relief" as described on the packaging and was SORELY disappointed when I tried to remove them. They were so sticky they tore off some of the cracked skin which prolonged my healing process. It felt more like I had put clear, packaging tape on rather than a soothing gel pad. I never used them again. I recommend Lansinoh Soothies Gel Pads which are MUCH better and actually help soothe and heal the area. You can also put the Lansinoh Soothies Gel Pads in the refrigerator which is also very soothing.
