A book that grips you from page 1 and a story that flits between a girl dangerously ill in hospital watched over by her grandparents, and the same girl in a parallel universe somehow transformed into a fox with a limited time to save a kingdom. Great story, great descriptions, great characters. Recommended strongly for 11 to 16 year olds.

I picked up this book in my local library after someone had said it was very good, but i wasn't expecting it to be brilliant! It gripped me from start to finish, with the highly imaginative and unique storyline it was unputdownable! I love this book!

i really enjoyed this book which shows how modern day people are sometimes fed up with the way the world works. its obvious karen preferred even being a fox than having to put up with tarts and social lunatics. also, it gives a window into the lives and thoughts of previous civilisations. A brilliant 2 in 1 book

Strange . . .
This book reaaly is strang it somehow manages to combine the modern world and an ancient one with simply the idea of a fox. This book is really sad but i loved every minute of it.
