As soon as I poured hot water into it the mug cracked and started leaking. Complete waste of money. Shame because I really liked the design and my mum loved it.

Hi I bought this mug, never got it, but from what I read in the other review, its not very good, I have only got rude emails and still no refund, waiting for a to z claim to kick in to get refund, DO NOT USE THIS BAD SELLER, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

The mug I received was a thicker porcelain and in pastel colours rather than the prime colours I wanted.
