Naomi Sesay's fast-moving first book will affect the way you think about yourself and the world around you. From the very first page, you can visualise the life examples that Naomi presents and relate to the very matter-of-fact portrait of life beyond consumer chaos.

Naomi's work is a breath of fresh air - everyone who is conscious of the future of our planet should read this book - if we all make just a small bit of difference in this 'thing called life', together we can create positive changes, upgrading ourselves and also the world in which we live. Magic!

For anyone who wants more in their life and has an awareness of that - this book is a must read. If the book has been recommended to you or you have just stumbled accross it, there is a reason!! If you have a feeling inside that "there is more to life as we know it" perhaps that is your true intelligence rather than boring logic kicking in. The human upgrade is written in a very easy to read style that connects straight to the spirit and the power we all have inside us.

The faster this book can get out to the masses the sooner it can impact lives and beyond but I know it's already done that;)
